Throughout the life of a business, various occasions arise that require the valuation of either its assets, or its’ entire worth.

Valuation is not an exact science. Part science and part art, valuation blends both quantitative analyses with a qualitative assessment.

This Course, Introduction to Valuation of a Business, provides you with:
the basic elements of a valuation report
the bases of a company’s valuation with a special focus on the use of maintainable profits as a common basis for valuation
the definition and use of multiples
the definition, computation, and use of goodwill
