This Course will help you make your clauses as clear as possible to avoid any misinterpretation, and do a final review of your draft for consistency.

In the first Lesson you will learn:
How to keep the language of your agreement simple and direct in order to avoid problems of interpretation
How to avoid ambiguity with your choice of words and the ordering of your clauses
In the second Lesson you will learn:
The importance of doing a final check of your document
