You can avoid such problems by learning skills in drafting agreements that are comprehensive, concise and unambiguous.

This Course consists of two Lessons:

In the first Lesson, Preparatory Work, you will learn the preparatory work you need to complete even before you begin drafting your document

In the second Lesson, Structuring the Document, you will learn the basic elements of a contract and how to effectively structure your document.
